Crashing nightmare

I use this app every day for my job. Since I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 6splus and updated everything including this app, it keeps crashing every week. It has crashed EVERY week for the last 2 months. It is a nightmare. It wont load, i have to erase it and download it again. Every week. Super annoying. Major bugs need to be fixed here.
