I love the simplicity and effectiveness of this platform. Collaboration made easy while not being only fancy and good looking.

If you want to organize your team, motivate your employees, centralize your business data, implement business process, Podio is the tool. It is expandable, customizable, integratable, and easy to use. Organize! innovate! Be a leader.

This is exactly what I imagined a crm would be.

So far so good. Interface can be more user friendly. It is like Facebook for internal use. Project tool helps things organize. Must try!

I prefer the web interface, but its very handy to have this app for quick reference on my phone. Podio is working very well for managing projects for my small business.

This app and service allows me to finally centralize all of my activities from sales, operations, performance management and team collaboration. Not perfect, but close.

Podia has done an amazing job with this app. I only have two beefs: a native iPad app would be amazing, plus offline access (even if its read-only)!

Agreed, an iPad app would help our company adopt this product. For now, we are looking at competitors due to low adoption of this tool. Since adoption starts at the top (upper management) and then flows down to the masses, the iPad app would align with this audience better. We all use iPads for this kind of work.

So far it outperforms everything else O have tried. Just a minor bug on email/tasks on the iPhone.

We moved all our project management tools to Podio and never been happier.

Gone4lunch is out to lunch, the iPad app is great. So is our ability to customize this on the desktop. Learning more every time I use it. Very happy after having tried a few others. The search is over.

Ridiculously great app driven by an even greater service! The app is great, but is somewhat convoluted. The menus and submenus have you wandering into a deep tree data, perhaps an issue with Podio that is heightened by the app. Does what it is supposed. Effective. With style. Would be 5/5 if one didnt have to hop around workspaces so much.

Just started using Podio and love it so far! Would love the mobile app even more if it were possible to browse and add apps from the App Market (and/or build apps using the App Builder), or remove apps I dont use in one of my workspaces. Awesome app, keep it up!

I have been waiting for something like this - surpasses all expectations! Simply the best project management app!

Podio is my favorite project management application and the iPad version is wonderful.
