New update seems to have broken the ability to search when adding a related item. Cant create work orders for my team while on mobile without this. Please address asap.

Podio not only takes the best of all the commonly used services like basecamp, Jira, sharepoint, and aHa!. Podio lets the users to define how they want to get work done. The mobile app is light years ahead of all the rest listed above. Their community is always pushing for new enhancements and Citrix Podio doesnt hesitate to answer customer demands. Great service, support, and a great app :).

Hands down the most customizable collaboration / small business tool we could find. Mobile app is actually quite good. A few features are missing from the desktop version, like save and duplicate, but hopefully they will add soon. Also would love to see more intuitive design that requires less clicking to enter into each and every field. Overall though, love it. Seems that some stronger marketing would get more people on Podio as a platform.

Within the first five minutes of working with this app I have noticed many functionality problems. Mainly, it wont allow you to add new contact info from the app, essentially rendering the app useless. On top of that many of the information sections you try to work inside have a banner across the top that blocks the first line of text. So in a short five minute review, it wont allow you to enter any contact info, and blinds you from reviewing/editing text that you try to enter into the sections that even allow you to do so. We heard good things about Podio but will not use it due to poor app architecture and design. Someone should have reviewed the app before just dumping something into the App Store.

There are too many bugs on here. My team was going to use Podio but now we have to use something else.

THANKS Podio, for finally adding support for voting and rating! Now the App is eminently more useful to our team and I find myself actually using it more than the browser version…. other nice enhancements too. Definitely well worth updating.

I am a big fan of this system. I can keep track of my sphere, clients, listings, closings, and projects with Podio. The ability to customize my apps within the system is huge! The only thing missing is the ability to have my workspace contacts (client info) sync with my iPhone contacts... Minor inconvenience. Keep up the good work Podio!

With this app we dont need to use yammer and other CRM platforms anymore. You can do everything and much more here. Great app. Keep all the good work!

I recently signed up for Podio online for the many projects I have for my team and this app is a great tool to use to keep up with the status of my projects and to let my team know what needs to be changed when Im on the road or out of state on business. Unfortunately it does have some crash issues which is why I only gave 4 stars but once they fix it I will be recommending the website and app to all my business associates!

I have iOS 7 and the new update crashes the moment i open the app.

As soon as I get to my log in, the app blanks out and freezes. iPhone 6 running up to date software

Current version DOES NOT work. The app opens and immediately crashes!!!!

Installed the app on iPhone 6 this morning. When the app opens, the login page doesnt function. Cant use Podio without signing in. Also installed on my iPad. For some reason it works fine there.

Seems to work fine on my iPhone 6; no problems here. I just started using Podio at work, but it seems great so far.

Thats my favorite thing about podio for my REI business. Other than its FREE!!!! I have my apps customized to how my business runs and thats that.

The iOS app is a great complement to the Podio service.

Podio is a game changer for my company. Besides it being beautiful and easy to use. It is EXTREMELY powerful, but you must take the time on a desktop to learn how to use it to its full potential. After that, having access to it mobile, one again, changes the game... Im now doing crucial business related things I could never dream of easily and conveniently on my phone. THANK YOU PODIO.

Please tighten up the whitespace on the app, and utilize that space with custom fields we can pick from our workspace. Please make the tasks and records more like the website. Please show the referenced item for a task without having to click into it. Please allow me to edit thing by tapping them without having to click an "edit" button.

Could not find option to log out of the app. Had to delete it.
