So far this app has put our different teams on the same “page” when it comes to projects. Great app for team collaboration and ideal for tasking projects with attachments of pictures, files, websites, emails, contacts and more.

Ive used this app with my team. It has a lot of features aside from typical task and project timeline. You can create apps for specific projects, such as competitors, deliverables, ideas and etc. Cool stuff!

Podios strength is its ability to warehouse all sorts of data and relationships. Its not a great task or project manager but it bridges the gap between so many apps (CRM especially). This one is very stable. Interface quirky. We use it to run our whole company and mostly on mobile.

I have searched high and low for the perfect project management app that fits my needs as a freelance graphic designers. Podio was the one that won my heart over and connected myself to my clients in a beautiful and resourceful way.

Podio is hands down one of the best apps around. Completely customizable CRM, data base and info management system. Almost nothing it cant do. Lots of new features and frequent updates, they seem to be always improving the app. iOS version is well designed and works smoothly. Well done!!!

First of all, podio is great, both the web app and mobile. However, it would be even better if 1) View filters had "or" functionality in addition to and 2) Email status updates included the project name.

I cant use it after update. Can you fix it?? Anyone?? Its been few days already. How can i do business if tools are not working?? App wont open. Reinstalled million times. iPhone 6 plus.

The app was crashing at startup on my iPhone 6 Plus. After having contacted the support I updated from iOS 8.1.2 to iOS 8.3 and the problem was fixed.

Cannot sign in with google account. "Could not connect to your google account. Please try again later."

If you like the way the app works now, dont update. They completely changed the way it works. This will probably work for some but it has made the app much more difficult to use for me. Use caution.

Ever since updating to this version my new tasks from the iPhone app no longer sync with workspaces. I cant find my tasks on specific workspaces anymore which is very frustrating. This new interface has ruined task management.

This is the first app that I have been compelled to rate without being prompted. Which is why Im so surprised to see poor reviews. This new update is sooooooo much better than the old version. Id like to hear more from the people that dont like it because I had trouble using the old version, and opted to wait until I could get on my computer. But this newer version has been awesome! Its so much easier to manage my real estate transactions, and see what my team is doing. There is always room for improvements, but this is a major step forward, and I look forward to seeing what comes next.

Please change it back. Too many steps to get to our info. Once a great app now its not usable. It doesnt remember your preferences so you have to manually change views every time.

I see for some that the UI changes brought on by the update have caused issues but for me and our team, Weve been happy with the new interface. I always thought the old app, while polished, was a bit un uniform and feel the redesign to be far more strait forward. This isnt to say I dont still have my gripes. Its essentially the same features laid out differently. Would love to have "Views" broken into their subcategories like the web version. Would love to have a better filtering system on mobile like offerer on the web version. Apparently the app now allows you to add contacts but I cant seem to find that option. Would also like some of the richer features like reports. Although the mobile app still lacks some of the features offered by Podio, we as a company, mostly working from the field, seem to be managing well with what it does offer, using some calculation workarounds (App entree titles specifically for mobile). The new design is welcomed and I hope we see more functionality added in the future.

Since updating I no longer receive notifications from the app. Being reminded that I have a task due is critical and with me not receiving notifications I am stuck using the reminders app from Apple.

Great app, but doesnt work with the new iPhone update. Just updated my software and now the app wont work.

The app completely crashes and is useless in iOS 9.2
